Processing Time

Everything is handmade and we make them after the orders are received. So it will take average of 2-3 weeks for us to process the order. We will be announcing ship out time when the orders are open. Please see the descriptions for each items for relevant processing time.  

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR APPROPRIATE CARE INSTRUCTION FOR ALL CUTTING BOARDS***

Warranty 

• Within 1 year of the purchase, we will provide ONE time service or repair with no charge ($50 flat shipping fee will be charged after first time).

• After 1 year, there will be service fee:

• $50 for End grain M, L size
• $40 for End grain S
• $30 for End grain Mini and other boards
• $50 Flat Shipping fee for all service

• After 1 year, if repair is needed, here is the fee:
• $100 for End grain all sizes
• $50 Flat Shipping fee for all service

• After the service, please note:
• Product will be sand with oil finish.
• Due to sanding, the product can get slightly thinner.

• Splitting/checking/cracking due to inadequate cares,
• Damage due to ignoring the care instruction,
• Warping or cracking due to storing in damp or humid environment
• Severely damaged items such as warping, cracking and others.

Exchange/ Return Policy

• Please check the condition of cutting board right after receiving it. 

• Within 3 days after receiving the order, if a product is found defective, we will repair or exchange the item.

• However, no return or exchange after using or damaging the item.

• All of our cutting boards are handmade and try our best to capture the nature and quality of wood. Therefore, each product can be different in size, color, pattern/design of wood grain, shapes and more, which also can be different from the picture. In these cases, it does not consider as defect and cannot be exchange or return.

• When shipping for exchange/ return, please wrap and send the product as similar as how you received it to prevent the damage of the product.

제작기간

모든 제품은 직접 손으로 제작하고 있으며 주문이 이뤄진 후 제작하는 방식입니다. 그러므로 제자기간은 평균적으로 2-3주 정도 소모됩니다. 매달 주문이 오픈되는 동시에 제작기간 및 배송 출고 날짜 또한 공지 됩니다. 자세한 제작기간 혹은 배송 출고 날짜는 제품설명을 참고해주세요.

제품 품질 보증서(A/S 안내)

• 구매일로 부터 1년 안으로 서비스나 리페어가 필요하시다면 1회 무상 A/S 받으실수 있습니다. ($50 쉬핑비는 구매일과 상관없이 두번째 A/S부터 해당됩니다.)

• 1년 후, 서비스비가 이렇게 해당됩니다:
• 엔드그레인 M, L 사이즈 $50
• 엔드그레인 S 사이즈 $40
• 엔드그레인 Mini 외 다른 도마들 $30
• 쉬핑비는 제한없이 모두 $50 (flat)

• 1년후, 리페어비는 이렇게 해당됩니다:
• 모든 엔드그레인 도마들 (사이즈 상관X) $100
• 쉬핑비는 제한없이 모두 $50 (flat)

• 모든 A/S가 마친 도마들은
• 샌딩과 오일링으로 마감됩니다.
• 여러번의 샌딩과정으로 기존 두께보다 살짝 얇아질수 있습니다.

• 사용중 본인에 의한 부주의로 생긴 파손이나 품질 변형에 대해서는 A/S가 불가능합니다.

• 휨이나 갈라짐 등 파손이 심한 제품의 경우 A/S가 불가능 합니다.

교환 및 반품 

• 물건 수령후 제품 상태 확인을 제일 먼저 해주세요.

• 물건 수령일로부터 3일안으로 하자가 있는 상품에 대해서는 리페어 혹은 새제품으로 교환해드립니다. (택배비 별도)

• 제품 불량 및 배송 도중 파손은 교환 해드립니다. 하지만 제품을 사용하거나 훼손한 뒤에는 교환 및 환불이 불가능 합니다. 

• 저희 나무 도마는 수작업으로 제작하며 각각 다른 나무의 성질과 재질을 살리려 노력합니다. 그러므로 제품마다 크기나 색상, 나무결의 무늬, 모양 등은 조금씩 다르며 사진과는 다를수 있습니다. 이 경우 제품 불량이 아니며, 교환 및 환불은 불가능합니다.

• 교환 및 환불로 다시 제품을 보내주실때 파손을 방지하기 위해 최대한 받으셨을때와 비슷하게 포장해 주세요.
