+ Use sand paper and mineral oil can help reduce signs of knife marks

+ Wash quickly after the use
+ Wipe off access water after wash, and stand vertically to dry all sides of the board
+ Rinse with water before using will create coating for the board which can help prevent discoloring and saturation of smell
